About Lasso

Selo was built as the identity verification service for Laços, a dating and community app. In that kind of product, a wrong refusal leaves a person out of a space that is also theirs. That is why every automated refusal goes through a trained person, and why the system was built not to read the sex field on the document.

Lasso offers the same service to other companies, with the same architecture and the same rules.

Selo is developed test first. Every business rule has an identifier, every test cites the rule it verifies, and the build fails if a rule is left without a test. Branch coverage of the domain is 100%. The doubles used in tests follow the same standard as production code, and the real components run the same suite in temporary containers.
