Only what is in the form: name, email, company, phone (optional) and message (optional). Alongside it we keep the date and time of submission, the language version of the site it was sent from and the part of the page it came from.

There is no sign-up or password, and the site asks for no document or photo at any point.

To answer your contact request and carry on the commercial and technical conversation it starts. We do not use these details for advertising, we build no profile, and we send no newsletter.

The legal basis under Brazilian law (LGPD, art. 7, V) is carrying out pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject. For the phone number and the message, which are optional, the basis is your consent, given when you fill them in.

The request becomes an email to Lasso’s contact mailbox and is also written to a log on the hosting server (Hostinger), which only Lasso can access. None of these destinations sells, shares or cross-references the data with other sources.

The site limits the number of requests per network address and has an invisible field that only bots fill in, to contain automated submissions. Neither measure identifies you.

For as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for as long as needed to record what was discussed, at most two years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation or a contract in force says otherwise. If you ask for deletion before that, we delete from every destination.

The site uses no audience measurement tool and writes no cookie and no local storage in your browser. The hosting provider (Hostinger) records visits in server logs, such as the network address and the page requested, under its own policy.

At any time you can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, deletion, or information about whom it was shared with. Write to contato@lassotech.com.br. We reply within fifteen days.
